International education and working abroad — it sounds beautiful in words but is complex in practice. So that parents and graduates are not left alone with guesswork, we offer four types of consultations.
Even if everything seems more or less calm, at least once a year (and preferably once a term) it is useful to check the course, so you don't face "surprises" later.
Reports in international schools are written in diplomatic language. They won't write "the student is lazy" — they will write: "student could benefit from a more consistent approach to homework". To parents, this sounds almost like a compliment, but in reality it means: "the teacher is furious." Or: "the child is very active in class" — this is not praise: they are disrupting other children.
During the consultation, we translate "school diplomatic language" into plain terms, show where the teacher is simply advising and where they are crying SOS, and provide a plan of immediate action.
