Learn more → How to write the essay →The British education system is one of the strongest in the world — and one of the most complex. A mistake in choosing a school becomes apparent a year later, and correcting it is extremely difficult. We work specifically with this risk.
Almost all British schools are good, but they are very different. It matters to us to find the one where your child will thrive — by pace, style, character and ambitions.
We prepare a recommendation that presents the student in the best light for each specific school. Through it, we can secure admission to entrance exams even for students with less-than-perfect grades.
The school interview carries enormous weight and can tip the scales in your favour — even if exam results are not ideal. We prepare thoroughly for this stage.
Sometimes a student may be rejected due to nationality quotas — no one will say this openly, and an appeal is not possible. We know all these nuances and work with them.
If the goal is Eton, Westminster, Harrow — we conduct UKiset testing to assess the realism of ambitions. If needed, our expert (a former top school head) provides a preparation plan.
If your child is not admitted to any of the chosen schools (which is extremely rare), we continue working until a place at a good school is secured. At no additional cost.
Investing in your child’s education at a British or Swiss boarding school — is a strategic decision that can affect their entire future. The cost of a mistake here is too high.
We work turnkey. Below — the complete list of what we do from the first call to the first day of school.
Interview with the child in Russian and English, language level assessment and personal profile evaluation
Selection of 2–5 schools in the UK and/or Switzerland with detailed comparative descriptions
Extended selection at no extra cost if the child is not admitted to any of the chosen schools
Help choosing the right academic programme (GCSE, A-Level, IB, Pre-GCSE, etc.)
Organising school visits at no additional cost (excluding accompaniment service)
Managing the admission process: all forms, invoices, payment arrangements
Recommendation letter for each school, interview preparation and mock interviews
Advice on choosing between multiple offers, help with the school contract
WhatsApp working group with prompt answers to all questions until 1 October of the first academic year
Departure preparation: school rules, packing list, labels, extracurricular programmes and clubs
Recommendations for extracurricular activities that boost university application appeal
Arranging a guardian — a mandatory requirement of British boarding schools
Airport transfer arrangement and support during the first month of the child’s and family’s adaptation
Answers to all parent questions throughout the process — you can always call us
First, we conduct a 1–1.5 hour consultation in a convenient format (video or audio). We discuss the child’s characteristics, family goals and outline educational pathways. After the consultation, the client decides whether to proceed.
After signing the contract, we begin diagnostics, document collection and building a list of suitable schools. This stage takes at least a month. All work is fully online — your location does not affect speed or quality.
In Russian — to understand personality and wishes. In English — to assess language proficiency. Specialists work by appointment; there is a queue for interviews.
We compile the document package required for school applications. We explain each item and all the pitfalls.
We prepare a detailed comparative description of 2–5 schools, explaining why each suits your child and how they differ. Other companies do not do this. Minimum timeframe — 14 working days.
You review the materials, rank them and select 2–3 schools to register with. We answer all your questions.
We send schools a recommendation explaining why this student fits that particular school and why they should be admitted to exams — often we succeed even when places are officially unavailable.
We provide guidance on preparing for entrance tests. We prepare the child for the interview — this is the most important part of the process. We conduct several mock sessions if needed.
We coordinate visits and entrance exam dates. After receiving offers, we help compare options, understand the contract and make the right decision.
We help choose extracurricular clubs, explain school rules, packing list, laundry labels. We support the child and family during the first month of school. Available until 1 October of the first academic year.

IB, A-Level, AP, High School Diploma — how programmes differ and how to choose.
Almost all of them are genuinely good — but they are very different. As the saying goes: one man’s meat is another man’s poison. To navigate this system properly, simply «being in the know» is not enough. You need years of practical experience.
The devil, as they say, is in the details. And it is precisely these details that form the foundation of the right choice. These nuances are invisible to non-professionals: they don’t see what lies beneath the surface.
An experienced professional (15+ years) has fundamental knowledge: they know how to compare schools and, most importantly, clearly explain to parents why these particular schools suit their child. There is one more quality a consultant must have — empathy: the ability to sense what the client may not yet realise themselves.
We are not tied to school commissions and recommend what suits the child, not what benefits us.
Selection, documents, visits, interviews, visa, guardian, transfer, adaptation — all on us.
